In meiner Abschlussarbeit als Kunsttherapeutin und Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie habe ich mit HOUSE OF SPIRITS eine Vision von einem Gesundheitshaus beschrieben.
Ich nenne es das HOUSE OF SPIRITS -
Ein Ort, der Raum gibt zum Sein, zum Reflektieren, zum Spiegeln, als kreativer Wachstums- und Heilort, der verbindet und Vernetzung anstrebt und ermöglicht. Ein systemisches Zentrum, Treffpunkt, Begegnungsort, eine Klinik, ein Ort der Einkehr, der Aktivität, der Gemeinsamkeit, der Konzentration, ein Raum für Achtsamkeit, Flow, Austausch, Genuss, Resonanz, Bewegung, Bildung und Kreativität. Er wird getragen von salutogenen Werten wie Sinnhaftigkeit, Naturverbundenheit, Demut, Lebensfreude, Dankbarkeit; Humanität und Neugier, Offenheit.

In my final thesis as naturopath I described a vision of a health house with HOUSE OF SPIRITS. I call it the HOUSE OF SPIRITS - the idea of a place where the spirits are at home, where you invite them, have breakfast with them or offer them a place at the stove. A place that gives space to be, to reflect, to mirror, as a creative growth and healing place that connects and strives for and enables networking. A systemic center, meeting place, a clinic, a place of retreat, activity, togetherness, concentration, a space for mindfulness, flow, exchange, enjoyment, resonance, movement, education and creativity. It is supported by salutogenic values such as meaningfulness, closeness to nature, humility, joy of life, gratitude; humanity and curiosity, openness.
